Turn Data Into Competitive Advantage
From raw data to actionable intelligence, we build the pipelines, platforms, and predictive models that help organizations make faster, smarter decisions.
Overview
Most organizations are data-rich but insight-poor. They have terabytes of customer interactions, operational metrics, and market signals, but lack the infrastructure to turn that data into timely, actionable intelligence. The result is decisions made on intuition instead of evidence.
At Artinoid, we build the complete data intelligence stack, from ingestion pipelines and data warehouses to analytics dashboards and predictive models. Our approach combines modern data engineering with AI and machine learning to deliver insights that go beyond historical reporting into predictive and prescriptive analytics.
We don't just build dashboards that show what happened yesterday. We build systems that predict what will happen tomorrow and recommend what to do about it.
What We Deliver
Data Pipeline Engineering
Reliable, scalable data pipelines using modern tools like Apache Airflow, dbt, and streaming frameworks. Real-time and batch processing for any data volume.
Analytics Platform Development
Custom analytics dashboards and self-service BI platforms. Interactive visualizations, drill-down capabilities, and automated reporting.
Predictive Analytics & ML Models
Machine learning models for forecasting, classification, anomaly detection, and recommendation. Deployed with proper MLOps for reliability and monitoring.
Data Warehouse & Lake Architecture
Modern data warehouse design with Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift. Data lake architectures for unstructured data. Schema design optimized for analytics workloads.
Vector Search & AI-Ready Data
Building the data infrastructure that AI systems need: vector databases, embedding pipelines, and knowledge graphs that power RAG and search applications.
Our Approach
We start by understanding your decision-making processes: what questions do you need to answer, how quickly, and with what confidence? This shapes every technical decision, from data model design to visualization choices.
Our data engineering follows software engineering best practices: version-controlled transformations, automated testing, data quality monitoring, and CI/CD for pipeline changes. Data infrastructure should be as reliable and maintainable as application code.
Use Cases
Why Artinoid
We're engineers who understand business context, not just SQL. Our analytics solutions are designed for the people who use them: executives who need clarity, analysts who need flexibility, and operations teams who need real-time visibility. The best data platform is one that people actually use to make better decisions.
Frequently Asked Questions
What data sources can you connect to?+
Practically anything with an API or a database connection — Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB, S3, Google Sheets, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, event streams from Kafka or Kinesis, and most SaaS tools via Fivetran or custom connectors. If the data exists somewhere, we can get it into your pipeline.
Do you build custom dashboards or use tools like Tableau and Power BI?+
Both, depending on what the use case actually needs. Off-the-shelf BI tools like Tableau or Metabase are the right choice when your team needs self-service reporting with minimal engineering overhead. Custom dashboards make sense when you need real-time data, complex interactivity, or tight integration with your product. We won't build custom when standard tools do the job fine.
How quickly can we get our first working dashboard?+
If your data is reasonably accessible, a first working dashboard is typically 2 to 3 weeks out. The constraint is usually data quality — inconsistent naming, gaps in historical data, or records that mean different things in different systems. We surface these issues early in discovery so they don't derail the build.
Can you help us build a data warehouse from scratch?+
Yes. We design the schema, set up the warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift depending on your scale and budget), build the ingestion pipelines, implement dbt transformations, and establish data quality monitoring. We treat data infrastructure with the same engineering discipline as application code — version control, automated testing, CI/CD for pipeline changes.
How do you handle sensitive or regulated data?+
By designing for compliance from the start rather than retrofitting controls later. For healthcare data, that means HIPAA-compliant architecture with proper access controls, encryption at rest and in transit, and audit logging. For financial data, SOC 2 and relevant regulatory requirements. We ask about your compliance obligations in the first conversation so they shape every architectural decision.
What's the difference between what you build and standard BI tools?+
Standard BI tools show you what happened. What we build adds the layer that explains why it happened and predicts what will happen next. A Tableau dashboard tells you sales dropped last quarter. A predictive analytics system flags which deals are likely to churn before they do, or forecasts demand three months out so your supply chain can respond. That shift from descriptive to predictive is where the real business value is.
