//what_we_build

What our AI automation experts build for you

From document extraction to cross-system workflow automation — every engagement starts with identifying what's worth automating before writing a single line of code.

AI-Powered Workflow Automation

End-to-end automation of multi-step business processes — trigger, classify, decide, act — with AI handling the judgment calls that rule-based automation can't. Custom-built, not Zapier with AI bolted on.

Document Processing & Data Extraction

Invoices, contracts, forms, emails — extracted, structured, and routed without a human touching them. Using vision models, OCR, and NLP to handle the edge cases that kill a regex-based approach.

API Integration & Custom Connectors

Connecting systems that weren't designed to talk to each other — CRMs, ERPs, ticketing systems, data warehouses — with proper auth handling, retry logic, and failure isolation.

Scheduled & Event-Driven Pipelines

Pipelines that run on a cron, fire on a webhook, or trigger from a database event — with idempotency, partial failure recovery, and observability built in from the start.

Human-in-the-Loop Automation

Automation that knows what it doesn't know — routing low-confidence decisions to a human review queue rather than guessing. The right balance of automation rate and error rate for your use case.

Automation Monitoring & Reporting

Dashboards and alerts that tell you what's running, what's failing, and how much manual work has been eliminated. Automation that you can audit, measure, and improve over time.

Hire AI automation experts the way you operate

Staff Augmentation

Automation expertise added to your team

An AI automation expert embedded in your operations or engineering team — identifying high-ROI automation targets, building the pipelines, and iterating based on what you learn from the first version.

Best for

Companies with identified automation targets and internal teams who need a specialist to build them.

Automation Discovery & Build

Map the work, then eliminate it

We audit your manual workflows first — identifying automation ROI, dependencies, and failure modes — then build a prioritised set of automations with monitoring and handoff documentation.

Best for

Companies who know they have manual work to automate but aren't sure where to start.

Project-Based

Specific automation, delivered

A single well-defined automation: a document processing pipeline, an invoice extraction workflow, a cross-system sync. Scoped, built, tested, and handed over with documentation.

Best for

Teams with a specific, well-scoped automation problem they need solved.

//why_artinoid

Why global companies hire AI automation experts through Artinoid

Most automation projects either over-engineer simple workflows or under-engineer complex ones. Our experts have the business process understanding to tell the difference.

01

Automation That Holds Up

Rule-based automation breaks when the input changes. AI automation breaks differently — and needs to be designed for it. Our experts build with failure modes in mind: validation, confidence thresholds, fallback paths, and human escalation for the cases the model doesn't know how to handle.

02

Faster Than In-House Hiring

AI automation is a specific combination of skills — business process understanding, LLM engineering, integration work, and pipeline reliability. We've already found people who can do all of it. You get matched in days.

03

40–60% Lower Than US/UK Rates

Senior AI automation expertise out of India at a fraction of US or UK market rates — and your automation ROI compounds over time regardless of where the engineer is located.

04

No Lock-In

Build an automation, measure the ROI, decide what to do next. Two weeks' notice, weekly billing — structured for iterative automation work rather than open-ended retainers.

Common questions

What's the difference between AI automation and traditional RPA?

Traditional RPA (Robotic Process Automation) is rule-based — it follows a precise script and breaks the moment the input deviates. AI automation uses LLMs and ML models for the judgment calls: classifying ambiguous inputs, extracting data from unstructured documents, deciding which path to take based on context. The result handles real-world variation instead of requiring perfectly consistent inputs.

How do you decide which manual workflows are worth automating?

We assess on three dimensions: frequency (how often is this done?), consistency (how predictable are the inputs?), and cost (what does it cost today in time or money?). High-frequency, moderately-consistent, high-cost workflows are the best targets. We also look for workflows where a wrong automation decision has limited downside — those get full automation. High-stakes decisions with edge cases get human-in-the-loop design.

Can you automate workflows involving unstructured documents like invoices or contracts?

Yes. Document extraction is one of the highest-ROI automation targets. We use vision models (GPT-4o Vision, Document AI, Azure Form Recognizer) plus post-processing validation to extract structured data from invoices, contracts, forms, and emails — including handwritten fields. Confidence scoring is included so low-confidence extractions go to human review rather than getting processed incorrectly.

Can you integrate with our existing tools (CRM, ERP, ticketing)?

Yes. Most automation work is integration work — connecting systems that don't have native integrations. We build custom connectors using official APIs, handle OAuth and API key auth, implement rate limiting and backoff, and isolate failures so one system going down doesn't take the whole pipeline with it.

How do you make sure automated pipelines keep running reliably?

Idempotency (running twice doesn't cause double-processing), dead-letter queues for failed records, structured logging for every step, alerting when error rates exceed a threshold, and a dashboard showing automation volume, success rate, and time saved. We also write runbooks so your team can debug failures without us in the room.

What if our workflow involves sensitive data?

We design for data minimisation — processing only what the automation needs and not storing what it doesn't. For workflows involving PII or regulated data, we scope the architecture to keep data within your cloud environment (AWS, GCP, Azure) rather than passing it through third-party services. Data handling requirements are agreed in the NDA before any technical design starts.

Do your automation experts sign NDAs before project details are shared?

Yes. NDA and IP assignment agreements are signed before any workflow details, system access, or data are discussed. Standard for every engagement.
