Our approach minimises it: we use retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to ground the AI's responses in the actual document text, not its training data. Every clause extraction comes with a source reference. If the clause isn't in the document, the AI says so — it doesn't invent one.

Most legal document management systems have APIs or SFTP-based export options. We've built integrations with SharePoint, NetDocuments, and iManage. Clio has a well-documented API. If your system has an API, we can integrate with it. If it doesn't, we'll tell you early — not halfway through the project.
